It will take you some time but the work needs to start immediately. You need to start thinking like an executive. You need to start acting like one. In other words, you need to start exhibiting the following 3 key attributes of an executive. It is not just about the qualifications. Work on your personal development too.

1. Visionary Leadership

A visionary leader possesses a clear, compelling vision for the future of the organization and can inspire others to share in that vision. This attribute is crucial because it provides a sense of purpose and direction, motivating employees to work towards common goals. A visionary leader also has the ability to anticipate market trends and adapt the organization’s strategies accordingly, ensuring long-term success.
