I started a Systems Analyst Forum, where all the SA’s in the department could share knowledge and support each other. This led to standardizing all the output artifacts and processes, with approval from all the senior managers and HOD. This resulted to a wider understanding of Systems Analysis and other departments adopted the ways of work.
I received an award at Old Mutual for consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets every month, demonstrating my ability to perform under pressure and deliver results. This achievement showcased my dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence in sales and customer service. It was a testament to my ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide tailored financial solutions that met their needs.
My best achievement is when I was appointed as a medical receptionist and PA of 3 Drs at the same time.
